we can enter you into our preregistration system. First, we'll need some of
your personal profile information, including your name, address, e-mail address,
date of birth, and emergency contact numbers. Oklacon never discloses this
information in any this information to others without your express written
consent. We need this information for registration and emergency contact
reasons; however, we also need this information to be accurate and correct so
that we can inform you of receipt of your payment, let you know about any
last-minute announcements that affect your registration, and because we will
verify this information with your photo identification at the time you check-in
to the convention. |
