Registration for 2010

PREREGISTRATION FOR OKLACON 2006 is CLOSED. Thank you to all who enjoyed the early-bird prices and preregistered for the convention. If you have not preregistered and/or prepaid, you may register at the door of the convention for $39 for attendees, $59 for patrons, and $100 for super sponsors.

Early-bird prices for all four full days of the convention, which includes A-Frame lodging and two meals, are $29 for attendees, $49 for patrons (includes a convention t-shirt), and sponsors are $100 (includes patron benefits, a convention sweatshirt, and some concessions vouchers).

As of 2007, we introduced a new registration level, the Super Sponsor, which includes a special banquet with our Guests of Honor, additional concession vouchers, and a special gift. In the past, these special gifts have included exclusive convention jackets, and we're currently working up details on what this year's Super Sponsor gift will be.

Early-bird pricing, will close on October 1, and prices at the door will be $44 for attendees and $64 for patrons... so register today!

If you have preregistered but not paid, your name will not show up on the Who's Coming? page. If you have questions about the amount your owe or the status of a payment, please contact us. Otherwise, you can pay for your unpaid pre-registration by logging in to the registration site and continuing your registration; a link to PayPal is provided at the bottom.

For liability reasons, if you will not be sixteen (16) years of age on midnight of October 22, 2010, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to attend Oklacon. If you will not be eighteen (18) years of age on midnight of October 22, 2010, you must bring a signed and notarized permission form to attend Oklcaon without a parent or legal guardian. All attendees to Oklacon will be required to sign a Waiver and Release form when they register for their badge.
